Competition entrants (“Entrants”) are automatically deemed to have accepted, and agreed to be bound by, these terms and conditions (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) upon entry into the Competition.
ENTRY PROCESS
The Competition will be open for entry between 00:00 on 08 April 2025 and 11:59 on 9th May 2025 (the “Closing Date”). Any entry completed or received after the Closing Date and/or other than in accordance with the entry requirements set out below will not be included in the Competition.
To enter the Competition, Entrants must complete the entry form for the Competition which can be found at https://win.sungod.co/en/sungod-x-england-cricket-competition. Entries will not be accepted by any other means.
The Competition is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
ELIGIBILITY
The Competition is only open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over other than employees of either Joint Promoter who are directly associated with the administration of the Competition.
Each Entrant may only enter the Competition once. Multiple entries by the same Entrant may, in the Joint Promoters’ sole discretion, result in disqualification of that Entrant from the Competition or limitation of such entries to a single entry only.
In entering the Competition, each Entrant confirms that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize that they may win. The Joint Promoters’ may require an Entrant to provide proof that they are eligible to enter the Competition (including proof of age or residence).
The Joint Promoters reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any Entrant if they have reasonable grounds to believe that the Entrant has breached these Competition Terms and Conditions.
PRIZE
There will be one winner of the Competition (the “Winner”) selected by computer-generated random draw. The Competition prize for the Winner is (i) a cricket bat signed by both England and India men’s 2025 Test Squads and (ii) a bundle of SunGod products worth approximately £500 (the “Prize”). The prize depicted in competition imagery is not an exact representation of the prize that the winner will receive.
The Winner will be contacted (as soon as reasonably practicable after the completion of the Competition) using the contact details provided via the Winner’s online entry form submission. Only the Winner(s) will be notified.
The Winner must confirm that they are able to accept the prize within 48 hours of being notified by the Joint Promoters that they are a Winner. In the event that any Winner fails to confirm their acceptance of the Prize by this date, or is unable to accept the Prize that they have won for any reason or the Joint Promoters determine that a Winner has breached these Competition Terms and Conditions, the Joint Promoters reserve the right to offer the prize to another Entrant. The Joint Promoters do not accept any responsibility for failure by any Winner to claim their prize.
Each Winner’s Prize will be sent to the Winner by post after the 1st September 2025.
Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Prizes do not include anything not expressly set out in these Competition Terms and Conditions including spending money, food and drink, associated travel and accommodation, medical or other general expenses and the exact nature and extent of any Prize expressed to be a ‘bundle’ is at the Joint Promoters’ sole discretion.
The Prize(s) are subject to availability and the Joint Promoters reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to substitute any Prize for an alternative prize if necessary.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Neither Joint Promoter nor any of a Joint Promoter’s partners, affiliates, agents, employees, officers, directors or representatives will be liable (to the fullest extent permitted by law) for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the organising or holding of the Competition or as a result of any Entrant’s participation in the Competition or as a result of winning, collecting, use or enjoyment of any prize, if the Competition does not run as planned or if any part of any Prize is unable to be delivered for any reason. Entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.
If the Competition or any part of it is not capable of running or being completed as planned for any reason, including but not limited to reasons of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Joint Promoters, the Joint Promoters reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition without liability.
