• By entering this contest you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• The competition is open to those aged 18 and over, with one email entry submitted through the online form per person. Each entrant can refer up to a maximum of 10 other people to increase their likelihood of winning. Each entry will automatically be sent a confirmation link on submission and checked against IP addresses to prevent self-referrals. SunGod reserves full rights to exclude any suspected fraudulent entries.

• Current and former employees of The Promoter, their immediate families and anyone else professionally connected with the competition are ineligible for the competition.

• The competition will open on the 2359 BST 16th April 2025 and close on the 2359 GMT 31st May 2025. Only entries received in this time will be valid.

• This Promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law without reference to conflict of law principals. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion without reference to conflict of law principals.

• Entrants are fully responsible for adhering to their relevant national and regional laws and regulations around entering sweepstakes competitions, as well as for any taxes that may arise from their winnings as a result of their local laws. • The prize:

A VIP McLaren Race Experience for two people - 3 day weekend pass for the weekend of the 4 - 6 July 2025 for two people only.

• The winner and guest will be required to share their name and job title to gain access.

• The Promoter will not cover any expenses relating to the attendance of the event, this includes, but is not limited to, travel expenses and accomodation.

• Winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using a publicly available random number generator and will be contacted via email by the 15th June 2025. The winner has 7 days to claim their prize. If the winner has not contacted the Promoter within this time period or is not able or available to accept the prize for any reason which is beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another Participant from all and eligible entries received.

• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all Participants.

• The Promoter will not be liable for any prize that does not reach the winner for reasons beyond the Promoters reasonable control.

• The Promoter may refuse or disqualify any participation (including winning entries) if the Participant or its proxy acts in a way towards the Promoter which the Promoter reasonably considers to be inappropriate, unlawful or offensive. If the winner is disqualified the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another Participant.

• The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the competition at any stage, in the event of exceptional circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter.

• By participating in the Promotion, the winner authorises the Promoter to use their comments, name, town, region and/or county in SunGod marketing communications to communicate on the organisation this Promotion and in future communications regarding the Promoter’s products without this use giving rise to any counterpart other than the prize won.
